The Tempress Elite High Back Helm Seat has a 5″ x 12″ bolt pattern and is designed to be mounted on a fore & aft slide for proper support. There are eight bolt holes under the seat of which the center four create a 5″ square. This seat can be mounted on a standard square swivel, however it will need a reinforcement plate (sold separately) to use in combination with the swivel to comply with warranty standards.

WARNING – Mounting Information:Tempress Elite Helm Seats should bemounted to a fore/aft slide 5″ x 12″ pedestal. If mounting to a 5″ x 5″ pedestal, you MUST also use the Tempress 57005 Reinforcement Plate. The 5″ x 5″ pedestal alone does not provide enough stability/surface coverage to properly support the seat and if mounted directly will void the warranty.
